Message to MRK.
MRK , I've gone through old posts and you were kind enough to respond to me on the "S" video problem and reported it to Aston. You seem to have had communication with someone at Aston because you posted on the board that they told you the problem would be fixed by the next software download. Unfortunately, it hasn't been fixed. Can I ask you to relay this on to Aston, because they seem to ignore my e-mails. To remind you what the problem is:-
Quote fro previous post.
"The board review also mentions an "S" video problem, ie the picture via the 'S' video minijack was in black and white. I think they fixed that, but have cocked up elsewhere. Now, if you specify RGB for the scart output, it adversely affects the output from the 4 pin 'S' video (the picture is very very bad) . If you set the scart output to YC, the 'S' video picture is great, but the output via RF, turns to black and white.
I want to have the scart output set to RGB for the best picture when watching on a widescreen TV, whilst I want to route 'S' video via my AV amplifier when I want to watch using a CRT projector. Is that too much to ask?"
