RTL in Bertelsmanns power
Following a share swap with GBL, german media group Bertlesmann gained control over RTL. Adding an extra 37% stake Bartelsmann now holds 67% of RTLs funds. GBL majority shareholders received 25.1% of Bertelsmanns shares instead.
