BBC is missing
On December 17 The Commons Public Accounts Committee published a report regarding
BBC public funding.
A word of explanation to our foreign readers - according to UK regulations
anybody who owns a TV set, VCR or any equipment allowing for TV reception is
obligated to fund BBC via license fee. The obligation includes even those in
dead spots who can't receive BBC programming, never watch terrestrial channels
or don't speak the language well enough to find them interesting. The legendary
