21 November [Press] - ITV1 becomes finally available to Sky Digital subscribers with ITV2 to join within next few days. The deal to broadcast ITV channels from BskyB satellite will cost ITV's shareholders an annual fee of GBP13m.
21 November [Press] - British press report Rupert Murdoch offering 900,000 shares worth GBP7.4m to BSkyB chief executive Tony Ball "provided that he remains at his current post and achieves several targets". Mr. Ball was rumoured to leave BSkyB for British Telecom...
22 November [Press] - SES Astra launch its Ka frequency band two-way broadband satellite service in Europe.
